All perspective webcast bidders must be registered and approved no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the auction. Upon registering for the sale with www.bidspotter.com you will receive information from Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers on how to become an approved bidder. All perspective webcast bidders must post a 25% deposit of approximate planned spending budget or minimum of $5,000.00 in order to be approved. No exceptions will be made.

Removal information will be posted approx. 2 weeks before each sale, please check back then. If you have any questions that need to be answered prior to that please call or email us.

All items must be removed by Friday, June 14^th unless noted in the lot description or approved by Auctioneer in writing.

“TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE” ALL ITEMS MUST BE OFF THE PREMISES BY FRIDAY, JUNE 14^TH AT 4:00 PM. UNLESS NOTED IN THE LOT DESCRIPTION OR APPROVED BY AUCTIONEER IN WRITING.

At the Owners Discretion, any items remaining after this time will be removed from the premises and stored at the expense of the buyer or considered abandoned and scrapped.

All purchasers and/or riggers of machinery MUST provide Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers, Inc. and Quality Bolt & Screw a certificate of insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 prior to removal. Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers, Inc. and Quality Bolt & Screw must be named on the policy as co-insured.
